I just joined this panel having previously been removed several years ago by the former company, after my mail was opened.
    Not impressed so far.
One ticket regarding my first posting had been opened a week and the only response was to tell me someone would be along shortly. Isn't that the responders job?
So I emailed and it ended up in the same place anyway.
I read I should have stamps sent around the same time as the posting pack. Nothing yet.
It was a lot more efficient the old way.
And you had replies to queries. No point asking these as they don't seem to reply, certainly not quickly as promised.
I only did it because I liked helping and have just finished the stamps from the previous company survey (can't remember the name) please tell me it gets better.

Maybe someone here can answer your query. As for the stamps, people are getting them for January now.

    Previous mob was Kantar.
I prefer Spectos because although their replies to queries are rubbish, you don’t have to faff around putting envelopes together every week and you get the points to build up into vouchers.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I only get 1 to post a week normally because they are in bundles and not one at a time like Kantar. That was a pain when all the postboxes near me are 9am collection

    Hello,

I have just been accepted on to the panel (yay!). My main motivation was the fact that we don’t get letters for a fortnight and one bundle all at once.

Anyhow, download the app. Fumbled through the three quizzes and had a notification today that they are sending me a senders pack and bundle.

Can. I just check, will I get instructions with said pack? Probably sounds daft, but I was expecting the app to tell me slightly more than it has thus far.

There will be an instruction sheet with everything you get but if you're unsure of anything there are tutorials in the app. Hit FAQ at the bottom and they are all there. But really all you do is record everything you receive, then post on the given day and record that. If you get parcels to post the instruction sheet gives detailed instructions.

The only potentially confusing bits are the parcels if you’re taking them to a post office, if your post office hasn’t got a clue what to do with the bag or paperwork just ask on here if you’re not sure.

They did reply quickly though! That was the brightest part of it. If you have a query it needs answering.

The next scheduled bundle is that the one I'm due to receive and the senders pack timetable for me to send?

It asked last time if I had two bundles. Now I'm assuming it meant each elastic band and covering note was one bundle. Couldn't find it anywhere in faqs so I said yes as I had a letter and parcel.
However if that sender one is me to send... I have no mail to send. Both posting dates were last week.
I'd query it with them but still waiting for the one on the 14th to have more than just the auto reply.
    Thanks in advance.
