I've just finished both surveys too. The addressed one always pays immediately. They do warn that the unaddressed one takes time while they check it. They appear to be short staffed and taking time to do everything at the moment.

There is a message on the app today saying the points will be added soon. I have been on the survey for many years I have never known it take this long. 

Wow. I've just looked and my points have been added. I only finished yesterday. They must be catching up fast after the holidays.

My last stint on the survey, the usual monthly stamps incentive stamps were sent within the first couple posting packing of the month. Came back on the live survey in Nov and having to chase up the stamps last month. Received posting packs to almost the end of Jan and still no stamps this month. Has it been like this for rest of you over past 7/8 months?

I was on the survey last year April - October. Stamps came regularly in the posting packs, didn’t need to do any chasing.

The last time I received my stamps was the Christmas ones.  Also my postings are up to 23 Jan and I thought the stamps for January would have appeared by now.

Received 12 normal stamps today along with letter saying sorry for missing stamps (didnt state when they were for tho). I Didn't contact them or anything. So assume they catching up manually with the monthly incentive stamps for this month.

Just had an invite to re-join the main survey. My 6 months ends in a few days, though I don't start til mid Feb.

Last time they stopped sending me anything to post or to receive when I told them I was going away for a week after 4 months live on the panel. I won't make the same mistake again!

I’m in the same position but I haven’t been away, they’ve just stopped sending me stuff! Still receive the odd letter though so they haven’t completely forgotten about me.

I'm resting now but on my last stint I had hardly any this to post and received very few items either. Maybe time to call it a day.

The examples above are such a difference to my current experience in which I am either posting or receiving items each and every weekday since the stint began & sometimes on a Saturday as well.  Luckily I have three postboxes in easy walking distance, so can work at least one into my route & activities on any given day.

I'm in the same boat regarding the stamps though, nothing received for January & last ones received were the xmas ones in December.
