I've just finished both surveys too. The addressed one always pays immediately. They do warn that the unaddressed one takes time while they check it. They appear to be short staffed and taking time to do everything at the moment.

There is a message on the app today saying the points will be added soon. I have been on the survey for many years I have never known it take this long. 

Wow. I've just looked and my points have been added. I only finished yesterday. They must be catching up fast after the holidays.

My last stint on the survey, the usual monthly stamps incentive stamps were sent within the first couple posting packing of the month. Came back on the live survey in Nov and having to chase up the stamps last month. Received posting packs to almost the end of Jan and still no stamps this month. Has it been like this for rest of you over past 7/8 months?

I was on the survey last year April - October. Stamps came regularly in the posting packs, didn’t need to do any chasing.

The last time I received my stamps was the Christmas ones.  Also my postings are up to 23 Jan and I thought the stamps for January would have appeared by now.
