The next scheduled bundle is that the one I'm due to receive and the senders pack timetable for me to send?

It asked last time if I had two bundles. Now I'm assuming it meant each elastic band and covering note was one bundle. Couldn't find it anywhere in faqs so I said yes as I had a letter and parcel.
However if that sender one is me to send... I have no mail to send. Both posting dates were last week.
I'd query it with them but still waiting for the one on the 14th to have more than just the auto reply.
    Thanks in advance.
The bottom one is what you receive ready to send. The top one is when you send it. Receiving is only approximate. They usually come before that.

Ooooops - I think I forgot to take the elastic band off the bundle I've just posted! Is it a big deal?

Did you take the bundle information out?

I did! I usually take the cover note and the elastic band off at the same time and the band ends up round my wrist. I can't remember taking the band off and it's not in its usual place which makes me think I left it wrapped round the envelopes. I suppose the worst that can happen is that they all end up at wherever the top one was going!

I've just started back and the post boxes I use have different times to that which shows on the app. I marked as incorrect and took a photo of the collection times but the next time I posted there it was still wrong on the app. What would you do? If I report it as wrong surely someone should be amending it.

Just keep reporting it. You don't know if the app is wrong or the postbox notice is wrong. One will change eventually.

I've just had the e-mail inviting me to restart in mid-March - which will be pretty much bang on the 6 months. I'll see how I get on with the new hybrid postbox and let you all know…

I need to think of something new here...

Just been to post a bundle which was supposed to go yesterday. When logging it I was asked the 'why it wasn't posted on the right day' question.

Usually I just check the box for wasn't available but this time I thought I'd tell the truth.

I click other and told them that it has been raining heavily yesterday afternoon, I'd had a stressful morning and I didn't want to go out again to get myself or the letters soaking wet. Wonder what they will make of that! 😆
