When I was with Kantar - my cycle was Sep to March so I usually got those as well as Xmas stamps. silvercar is right though, it wasn't fair on the other half.
I need to think of something new here...1 -
This reminds me, I still haven’t received my January stamps. I chased them up and they said they would resend. Still haven’t arrived.

Have now had a response to this, which basically says that I wasn’t eligible for January stamps because I finished on the panel at the end of January. So, that leads to another question - how many sets of stamps should we receive for each 6 months cycle on the panel?
Perhaps optimistically, I had thought 8 because there was a set for each month plus a set (and presentation pack) for starting and likewise for finishing. Maybe I’ve interpreted incorrectly though so would be good to get other views.
It’s difficult for me to get that bothered about it but if they are clearly short changing, then I’d want to call it out.
EDIT: I may have answered my own question. It seems the wording may have changed at some point as I was fairly sure it used to say that a presentation pack and 12/4 books of stamps would be received for starting and finishing whereas now it just says presentation pack.

Not sure if this helps (or just makes thing more ambiguous), but the last Kantar Private Panellist Guide stated :
"Your rewards
Stamps
During the start-up phase of the survey you receive 12 1st Class stamps and 4 Large Letter stamps in your first posting pack.
When you start the ‘live’ survey, every month as a thank you for your help you receive 12 1st Class stamps and 4 Large Letter stamps.
And at the start and end of your 6-month period on the survey, you receive a special Royal Mail presentation set of stamps."Maybe it also depends if you start the survey mid-month as to how many monthly packs of stamps you receive.

Does everyone here do 6 month cycles? I don't seem to but then I don't think they told me I would. I only heard of the 6 month thing here. Anyone else just going on and on? I get presentation packs at intervals too.

That was the norm with Kantar and carrying on with Spectos. OK I did one 9 month cycle because I was on the Spectos trial run but as I understand it they don't want the same person all year round. Maybe there's a shortage in your area?

They say it’s for six months, but in some areas it’s less and in some areas it’s longer depending on how many other people are trying to get on the panel. You can still do the unaddressed mail and correctly delivered though while resting.

I had a slip in the bundle reminding me that I should be returning the little envelope trackers.
I would love to! Except I'm not getting any.
other than two "test" things to check I was doing it correctly initially (which I did return), I have had no mail received. Just to send.
is this usual?
Also I finally did get a response to my ticket, 3 weeks after so better late than never and if worked it out by then anyway.
So second question. If you lived in Ab3 and you can post anywhere in the AB region they said, and AB covers AB1-AB99 for example, it literally means anywhere in that range?
im trying to see how that shows data from your local area if so as that's a big area.0 -
My reading of this is that you can only post in AB3.
