I had screen shots showing all complete and they told me there was a fault that would show all complete when it wasn’t! They showed me one line of a spreadsheet that claimed I hadn’t completed 2 days, with no evidence of where that had come from. They’ve also only given me a generic reply to a ticket I raised saying that I withdrew consent for them to use the data collected on the survey if they aren’t crediting me with the points!elsien said:
