About 3 years with Kantar and then been active since Spectos took over. Narked that I’m missing 300 points for a CD where allegedly I missed 2 days of recording results, that I deny, plus 300 points for an Unaddressed one where they tell me to wait while they process (finished early June). I’m resting on 2300 points.

I’ve s started taking screenshots now each week to show everything has been entered.
it seems like Spectos are fine when things are going okay but less good at when things go a bit pear-shaped

I had screen shots showing all complete and they told me there was a fault that would show all complete when it wasn’t! They showed me one line of a spreadsheet that claimed I hadn’t completed 2 days, with no evidence of where that had come from. They’ve also only given me a generic reply to a ticket I raised saying that I withdrew consent for them to use the data collected on the survey if they aren’t crediting me with the points!

Well if what they are saying is true, which seems very unlikely that’s their fault for having software that doesn’t work properly. I can see why you’re annoyed.

Usually less than a few minutes

Are the only voucher options the four shown on the app (Amazon, Ticketmaster, TKMaxx or Tesco) or is there a way of accessing the others shown on cadooz.com which just seem to be unclickable pictures?
