    I'm currently about half way through my third unaddressed mail survey since switching over to Spectos.  I've not yet received anything that they've had listed!

    Is it just me or is this happening with anyone else?

    Yes, this can happen.  Sometimes an item can be delivered to a specific to an area within your postcode,

    Same here - third survey and have never had any of the pictured items

    They look to big to fit in the postbox and post office is quite far away. 
    Hand over the whole bag with the parcels in it and the manifest that comes with them.  Then follow the PO clerk's instructions on where to leave the bag.

    I have had an email saying that the latest test items have been delivered and I have not reported them. I have been resting since the last week in June and all the items I received in the weeks after that have been reported. They say I received them but how can they know that if they have not been reported. They seem to be wasting time sending these incorrect emails and not answering any tickets.

    Ah, you mean the bag addressed to me? With the manifest and the parcels? 

    I tried looking on the app for a guide for parcels but I couldn’t find anything, so thank you for explaining

    'You will take part for 5 weeks. In the first 3 weeks you will be reporting on items due delivery to you and in the final 2 weeks you will be reporting on items received late or not at all.' I think the app asks for all UA to be recorded as well.

    It's only 2 weeks (weeks 2 & 3) of filling in the DAILY DELIVERIES 

    Week 1 is before it actually "starts"
    My UA surveys have ONLY ever appeared  on the app on the Monday of week 2
    During week 1 all you are supposed to do is keep ALL UA mail and not discard it until you can check it against the images of the expected items just in case something arrives early. Ideally you should record the date each "early" item arrived so you can report this.

    Weeks 4 & 5 only actually "really exist" IF you still have a Pictured item that hasn't turned up.
    As soon as "DUE" and "Overdue" are both empty then you've finished 
    Not correct

    1. Due items:
    Every Monday, pictures of items due for delivery to you will be available for you to view and enter information about. This will continue for three weeks.
    2. Overdue items:
    Items that were due for delivery to you in previous weeks but have not yet been reported as received will appear in this section.
    Yep, this is my understanding as well. 3 weeks of filling in information about daily deliveries and confirming whether we have received the pictures items and then 2 weeks of a catch up for any pictures items delivered late (it’s not clear if they also want daily delivery info in this time or not).
    I'm now into week 4 of UA and the daily items entry field is still appearing. Plus there are new item pictures in the Due tab!
