Have just checked my records. I joined right at beginning and didn’t receive a presentation pack when I joined then, but since so far I’ve had stamps each month Oct-Aug and additionally Christmas stamps in December.PurplePeony said:

Those two packs of Christmas presentation stamps we received were our beginning presentation packs. I don't know if Spectos actually do bonus Christmas stamps like Kantar.fluffig said:

I don't think we can really be sure of this. I got 2 packs but there was no written confirmation of their purpose. Some people only reported receiving 1 and many others got nothing. Now we are told you only get them at the beginning and end of your rest period. It's a real mess.Saetana said:

I know it’s covered somewhere but please can someone explain the unaddressed mail survey?
For weeks 4 & 5 do you still have to record each day’s post (or enter 0 if none is delivered)?
TIA. x0 -
I signed up for Spectos back in the early days, did the quizzes then never heard anything for months. I did get the stamps each month when they started issuing them though, even though I wasn't posting anything, and the odd news update. Then in recent weeks a flurry of Unaddressed and Correctly Delivered invites and three mail bundles - quickly followed by an apology email saying I was clearly resting so could choose to send the bundles back or post as scheduled! I've posted as scheduled (might as well get the points if going to the postbox anyway) but now had a welcome email and my first presentation pack - it's a very confusing set up they're running!0

'You will take part for 5 weeks. In the first 3 weeks you will be reporting on items due delivery to you and in the final 2 weeks you will be reporting on items received late or not at all.' I think the app asks for all UA to be recorded as well.HomingPigeon said:I know it’s covered somewhere but please can someone explain the unaddressed mail survey?

Ditto - I'm just in the habit of recording for as long as that data entry point is showing in my app. Lots of 0s but have always had points awarded more or less immediately after the end of week 5.fluffig said:
