In terms of their backlog, I’ve just had a query about an item which I received on the 15th of May. They are lucky I spotted it because I’m resting at the moment and only went into the app to check some points.

Well, after a bit of a lull I now have posting packs for next week and the week after - both sacks which does not particularly please me, especially as both dates are the days I go to my social groups so will need to cart the sack with me and then post on my way back home.  I also received two items today as well - I was wondering if I was due to be rested but maybe its just been quiet because its the summer holidays?  Frankly I wouldn't mind being rested, been doing this for 9 months now and I would not object to missing the Christmas period.

Just received some books for the first time .
When reporting receipt and asked what postage was used three images come up of different labels then a drop-down menu saying -
1C
2C
What do I select, puzzling as I would have expected three choices in line with the three images ???

I always put 1C for anything 1st class ie 24 hrs and 2C for anything 2nd class ie 48 hrs.

I joined in April time and have never received any special stamps is this normal? I didn't do anything for ages either, so really confused they never reply when I ask them something!

I have had a generic long email back as a result of a ticket I put in. Basically they have too many tickets to address them all, so produced a long email addressing what they think tickets will cover in general and hope everyone will go away.

But, I put in the ticket that I was withdrawing consent for them to use my data on UM and CM if they weren't going to give me my points. Given this is a data consent issue, can they just ignore the ticket?

I too joined in April and have only received the special stamps (a presentation pack) after being told that I was being put on a rest period.

Initially I would have expected a presentation pack and stamps when you started on the panel and the same when you were rested. In your termination email there is a LINK. Click on it and it seems things have changed. They state that presentation packs are sent at the beginning and end of the rest period.
