Some of my returned transponders haven't been credited to my account , one of them dating back over a month ago .
Anyone else had the same problem , only 10 points I know , but it all adds up 😕

Happens fairly regularly.

They recently emailed me implying they hadn’t received all transponders they were expecting back from me. I replied telling them I’d sent every one back and asked which they were missing as I could check my records.

In reply I got a long info copy and paste which included “ Once we have received your transponders and they have been scanned back into the building the points will be awarded to your account. We currently have a fair few transponders that need some attention with repairs, once this has been completed those points will also be added to your Mailagents account. If you do feel that it has been over 4 weeks since you sent a transponder back to us and you have not been awarded the points, please raise a new ticket in the app and we will look into this for you.“

You should get the points for doing the surveys while resting - but there have been problems with the app and people have not been credited properly (they owe me 300 from June).

No stamps while resting.

If there's an e-mail newsletter, I expect it to go to everybody but they seem a bit random and sometimes arrive a week after the month they are dated for.

When scanning an incoming letter, I notice they have now added some wording which implies that the transponders need to be returned in a timely manner to get the 10 points. No idea what kind of time frame they are talking about though.

I emailed them & asked if we would receive newsletters whilst resting. They said yes. The last one I received was on 5 July. So, it’s been a while!

That was the date of the last one I received too. I don't think I'm resting as I'm receiving and sending although I was never told I was 'live' and didn't receive any presentation stamps. I'm also currently doing 2 UA surveys back to back
