@silvercar - sorry to hear that, that seems pretty unfair / disproportionate, especially if you have reported in relation to the UA items featured in the due items.
I'm supposed to be 'active' shortly, for my first round with Spectos, having been resting since Kantar stopped. I'd been on the Kantar survey for years so it will be interesting to experience the differences. Reading everyone's posts here I am not filled with hope - it seems pretty chaotic! I haven't quite got my head around the reward structure... During my rest period, I received a few books of stamps with apologies for these not being sent out. I thought maybe the rewards were more generous than Kantar in that stamps are still provided during the rest period (which makes up a bit for the lower rewards for UA and CD, tut) but reading here it seems this was an error! Will be interesting!0 -
Thanks for replies, all.0

For weeks 4 & 5 do you still have to record each day’s post (or enter 0 if none is delivered)?
TIA. x
It's only 2 weeks (weeks 2 & 3) of filling in the DAILY DELIVERIES
Week 1 is before it actually "starts"
My UA surveys have ONLY ever appeared on the app on the Monday of week 2
During week 1 all you are supposed to do is keep ALL UA mail and not discard it until you can check it against the images of the expected items just in case something arrives early. Ideally you should record the date each "early" item arrived so you can report this.
Weeks 4 & 5 only actually "really exist" IF you still have a Pictured item that hasn't turned up.

Well that was exciting - posted my first ever bundles on 18 July (after signing up at the end of March) and have just had an e-mail to tell me that my rest period is starting today! Oh well, at least I should make my first voucher at the end of next week with the completion of the CDM survey.Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

Hi,
Can I just confirm if I need to post some parcels, I just hand them in at the post office counter. I don’t need to pay as they already have the sticker with the details on the front? They look to big to fit in the postbox and post office is quite far away.0 -
Yep, just hand them overAll shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1
