It is covered in the app.At the bottom is FAQ.That takes you to FAQs abd turorials. The video you need is in tutorials. You newbies have a lot of homework to do.

I have also received an email today telling me I’m about to start my rest period after being on the live panel for about 6 weeks and only posting 1 bundle (with another due to be posted this week). 🤦‍♀️

I am not familiar with post offices. The tutorial I watched is very basic and I didn’t feel it helped explain. 

Yes, I have a lot of homework which is why im seeking advice from experienced people to ensure I do it correctly.

Thank you for explaining. I only received a plastic grey bag with the loose parcels. No mail sack. I’m a little confused. I may reach out to them directly.

No problem. If in any doubt the tutorials in the FAQ section explain most things clearly.
They were my 1st point of reference when I was a new panelist.

'You will take part for 5 weeks. In the first 3 weeks you will be reporting on items due delivery to you and in the final 2 weeks you will be reporting on items received late or not at all.' I think the app asks for all UA to be recorded as well.

It's only 2 weeks (weeks 2 & 3) of filling in the DAILY DELIVERIES 

Week 1 is before it actually "starts"
My UA surveys have ONLY ever appeared  on the app on the Monday of week 2
During week 1 all you are supposed to do is keep ALL UA mail and not discard it until you can check it against the images of the expected items just in case something arrives early. Ideally you should record the date each "early" item arrived so you can report this.

Weeks 4 & 5 only actually "really exist" IF you still have a Pictured item that hasn't turned up.
As soon as "DUE" and "Overdue" are both empty then you've finished 

Not correct

1. Due items:

Every Monday, pictures of items due for delivery to you will be available for you to view and enter information about. This will continue for three weeks.

2. Overdue items:

Items that were due for delivery to you in previous weeks but have not yet been reported as received will appear in this section.

Yep, this is my understanding as well. 3 weeks of filling in information about daily deliveries and confirming whether we have received the pictures items and then 2 weeks of a catch up for any pictures items delivered late (it’s not clear if they also want daily delivery info in this time or not).

I'm now into week 4 of UA and the daily items entry field is still appearing. Plus there are new item pictures in the Due tab!

Yesterday was the start of week 5 & new items have appeared. 1 still showing in overdue despite reporting not received

Just a note to advise all you good peeps to check that the little brown envelope with RFID is sealed properly before popping it back into the postbox.

Over the last couple of weeks I've had 2 that were not sealed at all.
