Are the only voucher options the four shown on the app (Amazon, Ticketmaster, TKMaxx or Tesco) or is there a way of accessing the others shown on cadooz.com which just seem to be unclickable pictures?
No, you should be able to click through and get a list of other retailers.  I have had M&S vouchers previously and ordered £50 of John Lewis vouchers last week.
I need to think of something new here...

The ones on the app are just a taster. When you get your code from Spectos you go to the cadooz website where there is a large selection.

Yes they are in Jiffy bags. Sorry if I confused things.  They are non-boxable test items.
I think they are too big to put in a post box so I’ll need to go to a Post office.

    Thanks for your patience.

They shouldn't be sending anything too big to go in a postbox.  However, different types of postboxes sometimes have a smaller or larger slot.  Depending on how many alternatives you have near you - can you look for a different box?  Obviously, without traipsing around further than going to a Post Office would be.

I’ll try a different postbox.  They are quite wide and the first postbox I tried did not fit.

    Thank you for that.

Good idea. I was surprised with the variations in boxes in my area.

Reward stamps for August arrived.  Assuming I am definitely back on the active panel then (still no test items received or to post though!)

The exciting is now building. I am only 50 points from. my first £25.00 voucher.
  • I am due to redeem my first 2500 points,  can you tell me how long the vouchers are valid?  The previous LTS vouchers were usually valid for a year or more. I used to let them build up until I was in a store which took them.

I have received 4 Cadooz vouchers from Spectos this year. They were all valid until 23:59, 31/12/2026

Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do with the books I receive in test items.
I've emailed mailagents a few times to ask but no answer.
I'm finding they take ages to get back to me when I contact them.
