@podmonster and @piker57 - you're not going straight onto another round of UA are you? I've had new items appearing late in the cycle when I've been on back to back UA surveys...

I am not sure why a manifest would be required for two loose parcels. Loose parcels can either be put in a postbox (if they fit), a parcel box or handed in over the counter - the manifest is unnecessary unless the parcels are in a tagged mailsack.

Seems to be a lot of new blood about but they will miss the experienced panellists. How long have you been doing the surveys?silvercar said:Just been invited to a CD survey. Ok - that's odd. Previously, the parcels were inside a mailbag, already sealed with a zip tie, and you take that whole thing to the PO. Plus a piece of RM paperwork (the manifest) to hand over the counter.leyw88 said:There is no pre tied bag.I got a big grey bag addresses to me and inside are 2 parcels (looks like books) and a manifest.
Are your parcels actually Jiffy Bags that would fit in a postbox? Then you treat them the same way as a bundle of letters.
The Spectos paperwork that came with them should be telling you what to do.
I've not seen loose parcels but if that's the case then Saetana is right. Some POs will have a container that you can just leave them in as they are pre-paid - no need to queue.Saetana said:I am not sure why a manifest would be required for two loose parcels. Again - the Spectos paperwork that came with them should be telling you what to do.I need to think of something new here...2 -
Yes they are in Jiffy bags. Sorry if I confused things. They are non-boxable test items.NBLondon said:

Again - the Spectos paperwork that came with them should be telling you what to do.I think they are too big to put in a post box so I’ll need to go to a Post office. Thanks for your patience.0 -
About 3 years with Kantar and then been active since Spectos took over. Narked that I’m missing 300 points for a CD where allegedly I missed 2 days of recording results, that I deny, plus 300 points for an Unaddressed one where they tell me to wait while they process (finished early June). I’m resting on 2300 points.HonestJohn said:

That could be it @ChotaPeg although I don't recall receiving a separate invitation. That said the new folks do seem to have their own way of doing things!ChotaPeg said:@podmonster and @piker57 - you're not going straight onto another round of UA are you? Hi ChotaPeg I've not received any notification of immediately commencing another UA, as it stands I expect the 5 weeks to end on Sunday & that'll be it. However as it's not exactly tiring to complete I'm happy for them to initiate another survey to commence on Monday.ChotaPeg said:@podmonster and @piker57 - you're not going straight onto another round of UA are you?
