    I thought about that but decided against. Partly the hassle but also because I like the variety in the books that I get so don't want all the good ones taken out of circulation.  I tend to share them with family then send them back when people have read them.

    A few weeks back, Spectos invited me to UA.  I passed as I'm on holiday for half of the expected period.   Last week, they invited me again for the same period and today, I get another request telling me they need more people and they are asking me as a valued panellist.  Well - I'm still on holiday....   Wonder if they will have to rethink (offer more points) if this happens in other areas.
    I need to think of something new here...

    Must be struggling to get people going by the problems reported here. £3 for 5+ weeks reporting is not worth the hassle.

    No, I think it’s just the technology again. I’ve had the same email invite today as you . For an unaddressed mail survey I have already accepted. 
    So I accepted it again just to be on the safe side.
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    I've just received this e-mail from Spectos ;

    'Our sincere apologies for the delayed response.

    For the items that you'll receive in future if you encounter this kind of case where the postage on the item does not match the one that is mentioned on the app, please remember, there will be an option called - 'Another postage' at the bottom of the list of the postage type, you can select that and then you'll be provided with a section to describe the deviation.'

    Only issue is that the only open ticket I had with them (which has disappeared from the app) was relating to a damaged item where the transponder envelope was missing from the package!

    Funny thing is that reply from them has confirmed something I had to do with a test letter I received today so it's helped me! LOL
