    I finished my 5th week of Unaddressed mail on Sunday how long do they take to award the points.

    The last one I did finished on Sun 23 July and they awarded my points on Wed 26 July.

    I think I’ll stop doing this. Had the same thing as a poster above my survey just disappeared before finishing 

    Kantar I seemed to get points for vouchers much more in a 6 month period than Spectos and the fact they never reply to queries is frustrating

    They seem to be understaffed. Holidays making situation worse too. Got my UA points today for a survey that was supposed to end Sunday but is still going. Maybe I have been auto enrolled on the next one.

    They seem to be understaffed. Holidays making situation worse too. Got my UA points today for a survey that was supposed to end Sunday but is still going. Maybe I have been auto enrolled on the next one.
    I also received my points today - couldn't find anywhere within the t&c / user guides a timescale of when to expect them, as with the Correctly Delivered I've completed they are awarded instantly. Kantar published an intended timescale.

    I'm still continuing as started another UA survey which overlapped by 2 weeks

    Anybody else having difficulty with the app today?  Takes ages to load and then comes up with 'no data available' or if it does let me on I only  get so far and then it 'times out'.  I only want to record yet another day of no unaddressed mail but getting quite annoyed now.

    Same for me today. It has just taken about 6-7 mins for it to load but did eventually.
