I finished up with Kantar in March and Spectos asked me to post some test items which I have agreed and are doing . However they sent me 2 parcels to post ( without a sack like Kantar. ) 2 post offices refused them and I have sent loads of emails etc to them to ask what to do. It still shows up each Tuesday to post. I have posted other parcels for them but in sacks .Today I received a letter saying that I am in possession of transponders which have been delivered to me and they are waiting for me t9 return them and I can only assume it is the parcel ones. Do you think this means they want me to open the parcels . Any help would be appreciated0

I would look for a parcel box in your area to post the parcels in. Don't open the parcels. I have been getting notifications in the app to return transponders but I am up to date.capman55 said:I finished up with Kantar in March and Spectos asked me to post some test items which I have agreed and are doing . Never thought of that . The one in my postcode is miles away ( the nearest one is within walking distance but in a different postcode) however I might just take the car and post it to get rid of it once and for all. Thanks for the suggestionHonestJohn said:

I don't see why a PO would refuse a parcel but some are a law unto themselves. Basically they are the sort of customer returns we all have these days. All of the loose parcels I have had fitted into normal postboxes although there are a wide variety around. You might find one with a larger slot nearby.capman55 said:

It’s been discussed here before so there’ll be details pages back … I’ve not used it myself but others have.
I’ve just had a quick look in the app and it’s at the bottom of the faq, start a new conversation. Might be with a try weekday daytime? I doubt it’s staffed at weekends1 -
They said they wouldn’t scan and the second post office said it should be in a sack ( I imagine like the way Kantar used to do it, )however I have posted parcels subsequently from Spectos which were already in a sackHonestJohn said:

It seems that parcels can be labelled in such a way that post offices can’t accept them. When I previously agreed to use parcel boxes for Kantar, they told me I wouldn’t be able to use post offices for any future parcels they sent to me. It does seem that a sack is needed to be able to post Spectos parcels in a post office so no idea why they haven’t sent you one!capman55 said:

I’d be tempted to dump these parcels alongside other parcels, they will then end up being delivered whether they have been logged or not.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
