Hi,
how long does it take to get the email after you redeem points for rewards?
I redeemed 2500 points yesterday, they were taken off my balance straight away but still no email more than 24 hours later. I've created a ticket but not holding my breath for a quick answer...

I've checked spam folder but nothing there.
When I redeemed point previously (a while ago), I got the email within minutes. But when I redeemed yesterday, nothing. That's why I'm asking if they changed the procedure since last time I redeemed etc.
No email, no response to my ticket yet either and points gone from balance.

Just been told I’m now resting after my 6 month stint - It’s actually been about 10 months as I started back in October.Despite my time ending as of today, they still want items posting over the next 3 weeks including 2 parcel sacks which will require a trip to the post office on a Saturday (already got them and the parcels are too big for the post box)“Hardware: The parts of a computer system that can be thrown out of the nearest window!”1

Yesterday points were recredited to my total and today I have successfully managed to redeemed.
Ticket is still unanswered but I marked it as completed as I'm sure I read some time back that it allows them to trawl for opened / unresolved tickets

Some of the items are very clearly made up items. I get one of them a week and I think they are being used as controls to make sure the survey is being filled in properly. Kantar did it as well.MikeyPGT said:

I finished at the start of July and still had several weeks of items to post after that. Yes , I got a bit worried about mine although the code did arrive 2-3 hours later . They do say now that they check all redemption applications before sending the codes so maybe they are particularly slow that day , seem to remember they said to allow three working days ,Yorkie006 said:Hi,

Cadooz say they check every order and it can take 3 days to recetve a voucher. Getting the code from Spectos has always been by return for me. I don't remember seeing them quote figures.LADY_A said:
