    Hi, 
    how long does it take to get the email after you redeem points for rewards?
    I redeemed 2500 points yesterday, they were taken off my balance straight away but still no email more than 24 hours later. I've created a ticket but not holding my breath for a quick answer...

    You should get an email from Spectos with your Cadooz code almost immediately. Check your spam folder.

    I've checked spam folder but nothing there. 
    When I redeemed point previously (a while ago), I got the email within minutes. But when I redeemed yesterday, nothing. That's why I'm asking if they changed the procedure since last time I redeemed etc.
    No email, no response to my ticket yet either and points gone from balance.

    Just been told I’m now resting after my 6 month stint - It’s actually been about 10 months as I started back in October.

    Despite my time ending as of today, they still want items posting over the next 3 weeks including 2 parcel sacks which will require a trip to the post office on a Saturday  (already got them and the parcels are too big for the post box)

    I ordered a voucher earlier this week, points deducted but received no confirmation email so after a few hours raised a ticket.
    Yesterday points were recredited to my total and today I have successfully managed to redeemed.

    Ticket is still unanswered but I marked it as completed as I'm sure I read some time back that it allows them to trawl for opened / unresolved tickets

    Looks like the system is having some glitches

    Indeed I did. I resisted the temptation to reply & ask if they could answer my question from earlier in the week. I'm filling in the daily number but the due item hasn't been received so it's still sitting waiting, until I suspect it'll move to the overdue section at the weekend.
    I'm on my third UA survey and have yet to recieve a single item that has been pictured - I honestly think they are just made up things to see if we are paying attention.
    Some of the items are very clearly made up items. I get one of them a week and I think they are being used as controls to make sure the survey is being filled in properly. Kantar did it as well.

    I finished at the start of July and still had several weeks of items to post after that. But up until 2 weeks ago, I was still receiving items and looking in the app yesterday, it told me to expect receipt of another test item so I don’t know when they will stop…

    Yes , I got a bit worried about mine although the code did arrive 2-3 hours later . They do say now that they check all redemption applications before sending the codes so maybe they are particularly slow that day , seem to remember they said to allow three working days ,

    I have had a couple of phantom transponder credits since resting too.
    Probably mine 🤔 as many of mine haven't been credited.
    Seems hit and miss with the transponders

    Cadooz say they check every order and it can take 3 days to recetve a voucher. Getting the code from Spectos has always been by return for me. I don't remember seeing them quote figures.
