I too received 300 points today for a UA survey that should have ended on Sunday. However new items appeared at the beginning of week 4 & the daily reporting is still live. I sent an email to query if I had been auto enrolled for another survey on Monday, but haven't received a reply. Told them I was happy to do a roll over UA so long as I'd be credited with an additional 300 points at the end.HonestJohn said:

Kantar I seemed to get points for vouchers much more in a 6 month period than Spectos and the fact they never reply to queries is frustrating0 -

I have had emails every day this week. Todays was the friendly reminder. I have had due items in the unaddressed survey. Some of the ones I have received have been showing twice in the due section. I have entered one of each of them received so not sure it’s to do with that. The others keep telling me I have received items that I have not recorded. I had the same one a couple of weeks ago and told the m I was up to date and been resting since June. They replied saying to ignore it as it was probably a fault on their system. Strangely I have been awarded 2 lots of 10 points for returning transponders this week showing reference numbers I have never entered.0 -

This happened to me on my last UA, I just continued filling in the dates until they stopped, about 4 days later, it's like they forget to press the 'off' switch !!piker57 said:

Indeed I did. I resisted the temptation to reply & ask if they could answer my question from earlier in the week. There were 3 pictured as due for me this time for the first couple of days. Then one just vanished! It hasn’t moved to another tab and I didn’t touch it🤷🏼♀️MikeyPGT said:

Most of my items showing were on there twice. I have received 3 of them and entered them as received but the duplicates are still showing.0

That's what I found earlier in the year. I would have thought that this results in an investigation to see if the depot was not delivering properly and thus they would invite you again to check.MikeyPGT said:
