I had a friendly reminder as most of my boxes say 0, the odd time that I do get unaddressed mail its never the ones they expect me to get.

Hi, newbie here and only just received my first stuff to post.
Bundle due today but posted yesterday as last collection is 9am. Used the app to complete date  time and location of posting. All accepted and 35 points given for posting bundle.
However, the app is still telling me the bundle needs posting and I've also had two reminders to post.
Not sure what to do...wait for a response from my ticket 🤔 or re-enter the info....
Any suggestions??

I’d ignore it. It will either flag up when it arrives with whoever you’ve sent it to, or you’ll get a query to confirm the time and date of sending.

Do nothing. The reminders are automatic and can be safely ignored.

I suspect the reminders just appear on the morning of the due date (night before) without an actual check to see if it's already posted.  See if it clears today, then wait for the query.

I’ve got nothing else on my account to post after today. I’ve been on the panel since March, maybe they’re resting me early. I’ve not had an email notifying me that I’m due to rest. Has anyone else had a reduction in items coming in and going out? The app says I have one test letter arriving soon. A couple of months ago I was sending and receiving lots. Maybe they are short staffed.

We have reactivated your account and you will be joining us very soon, and we can’t wait to have you on board.

You will potentially be on the survey for the next 6 months and you will be required to send and receive test letters. 

If you cannot participate over the next 6 months as you are going to be away for a long period of time please do get in touch. If you only have a few short holidays that is perfectly fine, please just book your holidays 4 weeks in advance and we will attempt to remove you from sending and receiving items for that time.

If you are happy to be back and want to continue with the survey, there is no need to let us know as we have already entered you back into the survey.

Over the next few weeks, you will be receiving your first items to send and receive along with a separate posting which will include your first month's stamps (12 x 1st class stamps and 4 x large letter stamps) along with your presentation pack.

We look forward to working with you again really soon.

Today I received an automatic useless reply to my ticket regarding missing points for UA mail survey. They also closed it and asked me to raise a new ticket if it hasn’t yet been resolved! So frustrating being back to square one waiting for a response. My original ticket was raised nearly 4 weeks ago. 😡

At least you got a reply even if useless~~i havent had one at all!
