I have deceided not to waste any more energy chasing up the points for the UA so many people seemed to not receive points for.
I am currently on week 2 of another UA & if I end up with no points for this one I just wont do any more.

Posted my first sack of test parcels yesterday and today received a letter welcoming me back to the panel which contained my first month's stamps and a Tutankhamum presentation pack.

I’ve received some books do I keep them I remember reading about sending them back but I can’t find the email thank you in advance

You can keep them if you want to, but otherwise return to Spectos Freepost.

If you feel like this book would make somebody happy, you can give it to this person.
If you want to support a local charity, you can donate it
Or, you can simply return it to us by putting it in a bag and writing on it “Freepost SPECTOS” and posting it to us.

I find that contacting Spectos by email gets a quicker response than tickets - also you can reply to the email if necessary, unlike a closed ticket. 

Tried that. I got an auto reply as a response which didn’t provide any answer and told to raise a new ticket in the app if my issue was still unresolved.

I just got what they admitted was a generic response saying they were overwhelmed and that missing points from May UA were credited on 7th July.  No they weren't!  I'm not raising the same ticket again - I've emailed asking them to re-open. 

Still awaiting my 300 points for the same period. I have opened up another ticket but if all else fails I will telephone them.

Thant's what I thought too.

  GREAT NEWS! I phoned them and they added the missing 300 points straight away. I will not publish the telephone number on this forum but the number appears in the privacy notice.  Remember option 5 to press when connected.
