Starting CD this morning - coming up as 4 weeks even though the invite said 2 weeks.  Do I get twice the points?
I need to think of something new here...
  • I received an item but didn't post the smart envelope back over the weekendand now I don't know how to report that it is being returned for the points, any ideas please?

Just post the transponder back - Spectos seem to have removed the ability to report them being sent back at the moment as it was so buggy.

You will still get the points about a week after they receive it

When I checked yesterday I had 4 weeks with each day doubled up too. Today I have only 3 weeks with single days. Looks like the CD survey is now getting buggy.

I find that contacting Spectos by email gets a quicker response than tickets - also you can reply to the email if necessary, unlike a closed ticket.
Tried that. I got an auto reply as a response which didn’t provide any answer and told to raise a new ticket in the app if my issue was still unresolved.
I just got what they admitted was a generic response saying they were overwhelmed and that missing points from May UA were credited on 7th July.  No they weren't!  I'm not raising the same ticket again - I've emailed asking them to re-open.

Clearly Spectos don’t have enough staff given the length of time it takes to get any sort of response. Kantar always replied within 2-3 days.

I wonder what the quality of data is like for Royal Mail.

Still awaiting my 300 points for the same period. I have opened up another ticket but if all else fails I will telephone them.

I've not seen a contact number. The only contacts in the FAQ are through email or raising a ticket on the app.
