They are probably wanting you to report some of the expected items as not received. Never had to do this yet but I have seen others mention it.Gail333 said:I have been doing the unaddressed mail survey for a couple of weeks and twice now I have had "friendly reminder" emails to remember to submit my reports.
The problem is that not only have I not as yet received any of their due leaflets, I have not received any unaddressed mail whatsoever.
I have been reporting 0 items in the daily volume section every day but their emails are making me wonder if either they are not receiving my reports or I'm missing something.
I only see four areas in this part of the app and other than selecting which leaflets you receive, the only other one that I see is that can be filled in is the "Daily volume"
Please can anyone tell me if I am doing it wrong or maybe anyone has also received no unaddressed mail and has had email reminders to fill it in?Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein1 -
@Gail333 can you actually see pictures of the items that are due? My issue is that I have received 6 items but can’t see any pictures to match them to. There are just blank boxes. There’s an “overdue” tab which you have to complete. I’ve had 2 “friendly reminders” to complete the overdue tab but no responses to my 8 messages since 23/6 telling them I can’t complete.1

Yes, this has happened many times to me. It was so frustrating, knowing there's something there which you can't see.Lulibella12 said:I’m puzzled as to how some members seem to get replies to their emails and tickets! I’ve contacted 6 times now since 23/6/23 about a problem with completing the UA Survey. I haven’t had even one acknowledgment or reply. However I did get an email reminding me to complete the “overdue” section! I found this incredibly frustrating as I’ve been contacting them about my inability to complete the survey in full since 23/6.The pictures don’t load - there are blank boxes. As there are no item descriptions, I can only log the numbers received. I’ve tried on iPad Pro, Android phone and an iPhone.Has anyone else experienced this?

Too late as I've already told them! Probably too honest for my own good ... They messaged me this morning querying why I had reported the test item as received when the transponder was still showing as kicking around in the Royal Mail system. If they do kick me off at least I should get to my 2500 points and can say 'goodbye and thanks for all the fish'.silvercar said:
My advice would be to stay very quiet. If Spectos think that the fact you are on their panel has been exposed they may boot you off.MikeyPGT said:Just received a chewed up and spat out test letter - open all down one side and missing its transponder. I have reported that it has arrived and also raised a ticket with photos to draw attention to the damage/loss. Is there anything else I should do?Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

I have received a sack containing 2 parcels to post. This is the first time I've had one of these and not sure what to do. There are no parcel post boxes in my town so can't use those. Do I take the whole sack (unopened) to a post office and just hand it over? What happens with the manifest?
I've emailed Spectros to ask but of course have had no reply.0 -
The section for the Unaddressed Mail Survey seems to have vanished from the app on my phone - is that because the survey is now over (must admit I've just been clicking into it every day with no idea when it should stop as I went straight from one into another). It just seems a bit odd as it was definitely there yesterday because I filled it in and I'm pretty sure it was there earler today ...Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

Take it to a Post Office and hand it over unopened with the sales order (aka manifest). We were told by Spectos that you could also put the individual parcels into a normal post box but they are usually too big.Surfermom said:I have received a sack containing 2 parcels to post. The whole UA process is buggy. It might have gone forever or it might re-appear. Might be an idea to raise a ticket and see what happens.MikeyPGT said:The section for the Unaddressed Mail Survey seems to have vanished from the app on my phone - is that because the survey is now over (must admit I've just been clicking into it every day with no idea when it should stop as I went straight from one into another). Yes, don’t open the mailbag & take to a post office counter. They should keep the manifest.Surfermom said:I have received a sack containing 2 parcels to post. Mine’s still there. Good luck with raising a ticket about it. I’ve raised 3, updated them 3 times and emailed 3 times without any response over 20 days.1
