Still no sign of my missing 300 points from the UA survey completed a few weeks ago. Also I have never been advised officially by email I am on the live panel but have some bundles to post in next few weeks.

According to their latest notification I understand we would only be offered CDM and UA when we are resting. However received an email yesterday inviting me to take part in the next CDM survey so I am not now sure if I am on the live panel. Also doing another UA that starting on 10 July. 

I truly am trying to go with the flow but so many contradictions.

I never got an email to say I was on the live panel, I don’t believe you do. Once I started receiving test letters I just assumed that I was.

The latest newsletter states you are still eligible for CDM & UA whilst resting. 

It doesn’t mean, you are only eligible for the surveys when resting.
Spectos changed their policy on this, which has led to the confusion.

I also raised a ticket for the missing points for my recent UA. They said they were having issues and to wait patiently.

I’m puzzled as to how some members seem to get replies to their emails and tickets! I’ve contacted 6 times now since 23/6/23 about a problem with completing the UA Survey. I haven’t had even one acknowledgment or reply. 

However I did get an email reminding me to complete the “overdue” section! I found this incredibly frustrating as I’ve been contacting them about my inability to complete the survey in full since 23/6. 

The pictures don’t load - there are blank boxes. As there are no item descriptions, I can only log the numbers received. I’ve tried on iPad Pro,  Android phone and an iPhone. 

Has anyone else experienced this?

I emailed with a note of the tickets that hadn't been opened.

When you were on the live panel when did you receive your presentation stamps? I was lead to understand you get a pack at the beginning and one on completion. Thanks

When you were on the live panel when did you receive your presentation stamps? I was lead to understand you get a pack at the beginning and one on completion. Thanks

They have a new spin on the presentation packs now as I posted on the previous page.
'In your termination email there is a LINK. Click on it and all is explained. They state that presentation packs are sent at the beginning and end of the rest period.'

I got 2 Christmas Packs in Dec 22; which I'm assuming (explanations are unclear) is supposed to be the starting pack (even though I'd been on the test panel since October) and the Christmas bonus (in place of Kantar's Christmas booklet).  I got my ending one last month about 10 days after they told me I was resting.

Not sure how that will work.  Do they send me one when they invite me to come back on the live panel?  Or when I agree to come back on the panel?  Or when I've actually started logging stuff?     If I was fed up with them, I could just take that as a freebie and then drop off immediately.

Maybe I'll find out when they invite me back.

Do you normally get post on a Sunday?  Spectos may query the date you logged it as arriving.

Was there any paperwork in the clear bag?  That sounds like the one that RM use when something has been damaged en route (sticky - had it got wet?) so it should have a form to explain/apologise.

If it did, do NOT tell Spectos.  They may take it as evidence that RM know you are a panellist and kick you off.
