I have had a response to the correctly delivered survey. Spectos are saying that I didn't have a 100% response rate. They attach a picture of one line of a spreadsheet, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if they are considering a response of 0 to be a non response? Anyone had similar?

I am tempted to withdraw consent for them to use any of my CD data, if they are not crediting me with the points. #frustrated

I need these points to reach 2500, otherwise I am going to have to wait 6 months to finish my rest period.
My CD results going back to March are still on my account, if you click the down arrow on the week, it’ll show you if you’ve missed any data. Mine all say answered with a green tick, it should be easy to check if you’ve missed any. Unless of course yours have disappeared from your account. I can’t check answers but lots of mine were definitely zeros.

Mine all show as answered. I don’t have the Monday of week 1 showing as it was a bank holiday, maybe that is the problem.

I did surveys that included the May bank holiday and Good Friday. Both of these days are missing.

I completed the CDM survey which included Good Friday.
I presumed the Saturday showing after Thursday was meant to be Friday so I completed it as zero post.
I got my 300 points automatically when I’d finished.

The CD survey is a six day a week survey. Saturday means Saturday.

I think 🤔 it was another Spectos glitch.

They hadn’t made adjustments for the UK bank holidays at that time. They had only just taken over total control of the survey from Kantar.

So that’s why I got 2 Saturdays as Friday 7 April was Good Friday.

Must have been early on during the test phase. I seem to remember something similar.

I'm on my first Spectos rest period from today. I just got my July stamps but still no commemorative stamps that Kantar would have provided at the start/end.

Do Spectos do any commemorative stamps?

Yes, you should receive a presentation pack at the end.
