In your termination email there is a LINK. Click on it and all is explained. They state that presentation packs are sent at the beginning and end of the rest period.Dragonfly1 said:I'm on my first Spectos rest period from today. I just got my July stamps but still no commemorative stamps that Kantar would have provided at the start/end.
Do Spectos do any commemorative stamps?Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein0 -

I'm surprised they sent me stamps for July today - but without the presentation pack. More than happy to receive another whole set of stamps though, makes selling on the Bay better with paid postage. I'm not so popular with the kiosk staff who insist I should be buying their stamps and not turning up everyday with stamps already on the items (very ungrateful for my custom!)1 -
Nothing they do surprises me anymore.Dragonfly1 said:

Unfortunately we can’t rely on this as evidence we made an entry each day.bdark2755 said:
My CD results going back to March are still on my account, if you click the down arrow on the week, it’ll show you if you’ve missed any data. Mine all say answered with a green tick, it should be easy to check if you’ve missed any. Unless of course yours have disappeared from your account. I can’t check answers but lots of mine were definitely zeros.silvercar said:I have had a response to the correctly delivered survey. Spectos are saying that I didn't have a 100% response rate. They attach a picture of one line of a spreadsheet, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if they are considering a response of 0 to be a non response? Anyone had similar?
I am tempted to withdraw consent for them to use any of my CD data, if they are not crediting me with the points. #frustrated
I need these points to reach 2500, otherwise I am going to have to wait 6 months to finish my rest period.

Spectos has previously told me “Once the survey is closed from our side, the slots on your app will show as answered, irrespective of whether they were answered or not.”1 -
I think the missing Monday above was Whitsun bank holiday?silvercar said:Monday is missing as an option to complete
And if the day is missing from your grid how are you supposed to entrer data against it? 🙄🤦🏻♀️
IIRC all days including public & bank holidays were present on both CD & UM when under Kantar so we could enter accurate data accordingly.0 -
Exactly! Will see what they come back with….probably in a month’s time. I’ve replied to the ticket, but worried that they won’t see the reply as they closed the ticket, so I’ve also emailed them. If I get a negative reply to this I will withdraw consent for them to use the data for the other days.girlchops said:

I used to enter competitions on the Competitions Time part of this forum (a few years ago now), although I've stopped doing it now. I just haven't bothered to change my signature lolSunbird1952 said:
Just reading all your 'winnings' - where do you go in for lots of competitions?hwg3141 said:I received my first bundle today (to post on the 18th), and they came with 12 1st class and 4 1st class large stamps. However, I've already received my stamps for June separately. Have they send me my reward twice?1 -
I must confess to now being as confused as I've read other posters have been since I joined the Spectos panel at the end of February & start to read this thread.
Since I joined I've received a number of test letters containing transponders & been invited to complete the CD & UA surveys. About 3 weeks ago I received a message to say I was going live & messages began to appear in the App advising a package was due & that an item needed to be posted on 17th. A second message said another item needed posting on the 25th.
On Sunday I received a large clear plastic bag containing a very sticky grey sealed posting bag. That contained a zip tied mailing bag that feels as though it contains a couple of books, & is the item to be posted on the 17th. There was also an envelope containing my July stamps & 2 sheets of paper - 1 featuring the QR code to scan to confirm receipt & 2 a sheet entitled Royal Mail Sales Order summary which I assume is the manifest (I'd appreciate confirmation from knowledgeable contributors to this thread).
Now for the confusing part. Yesterday afternoon I received an email telling me it's time for me to start my rest period. I've responded to query this, but reading multiple comments about the lack of response to queries I wonder if any other posters who've commented that you've just gone live, have received a similar email?Anyway I'll post the mailbag next Monday & await the second package, plus an expected letter which I received notification of this morning. Incidentally I also started another UA survey yesterday, and this morning the ability to record daily items was activated.
All good fun 🤔.0 -
Yes, you are correct the sales order summary sheet is the manifest. If you post the mailbag in a post office they should keep it.piker57 said:I must confess to now being as confused as I've read other posters have been since I joined the Spectos panel at the end of February & start to read this thread.

They are now saying I didn't complete both Saturdays. Such rubbish, I would have entered 0 as we rarely get post on a Saturday. I'm losing the will to live. If the UM posts correctly (I've had a 'sorry for the delay' response to that ticket, I may well cash in and drop out.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
