This is exactly my experience apart from the fact, I only joined the test panel at the beginning of December.

Just received a chewed up and spat out test letter - open all down one side and missing its transponder.  I have reported that it has arrived and also raised a ticket with photos to draw attention to the damage/loss.  Is there anything else I should do?

My advice would be to stay very quiet. If Spectos think that the fact you are on their panel has been exposed they may boot you off.

Forgot to pick up my bundle for posting today when I went out - oh well, will need to post it next week.  I also received two packs of Christmas stamps and assume they were our initial presentation pack, possibly with the extra pack as Christmas bonus stamps.  Am expecting a resting email very soon, I've been doing this now for way longer than six months.

Best to keep quiet. Hopefully the transponder will find it's way back to Spectos. Maybe there wasn't one to start with. Some mail doesn't have one although now usually only from Channel Islands.

I never received any Christmas stamps.
I have been with Spectos since finishing with Kantar last year and haven't been 'rested' yet. This week I only have two things to post and North one for next week which has yet to arrive. Unusually I haven't received any mail this week so no transponders to return. I quite expected to receive the 'resting' email but nothing yet.

I'm expecting to be rested soon as I've been posting with Spectos since October last year.

I find the whole set up a total shambles. I was 'rested' a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm getting more envelopes to post back. I didn't receive any to post to people though, just the brown envelopes. I find often that I can't use the app if I get mail, until later at night. Have just used it and now cannot move the damn thing to see what other bits may be needed. Past caring.

Do you normally get post on a Sunday?  Spectos may query the date you logged it as arriving.

Was there any paperwork in the clear bag?  That sounds like the one that RM use when something has been damaged en route (sticky - had it got wet?) so it should have a form to explain/apologise.

If it did, do NOT tell Spectos.  They may take it as evidence that RM know you are a panellist and kick you off.

The bag was delivered by Parcel Force who've delivered on a Sunday in the past. I suspect you're correct regarding the large clear bag being something that RM used because the grey bag was sticky, and had possibly been in contact with another damaged package. Apart from being sticky the Spectos package was sealed & undamaged.

I have been doing the unaddressed mail survey for a couple of weeks and twice now I have had "friendly reminder" emails to remember to submit my reports.

The problem is that not only have I not as yet received any of their due leaflets, I have not received any unaddressed mail whatsoever.

I have been reporting 0 items in the daily volume section every day but their emails are making me wonder if either they are not receiving my reports or I'm missing something. 

I only see four areas in this part of the app and other than selecting which leaflets you receive, the only other one that I see is that can be filled in is the  "Daily volume"

Please can anyone tell me if I am doing it wrong or maybe anyone has also received no unaddressed mail and has had email reminders to fill it in?
