    I find that contacting Spectos by email gets a quicker response than tickets - also you can reply to the email if necessary, unlike a closed ticket.  Think I am close to being rested as only received one item this week and have no posting pack as yet for next week either.

    Exactly the same as me. Nothing received for a few weeks and nothing to post but had no email to say I’m resting.

    The same has happened to me. Auto response that didn’t answer my query via email from a few weeks so had to raise a ticket to ask the same thing all over again and wait another 3 weeks for any sort of response.

    Tried that. I got an auto reply as a response which didn’t provide any answer and told to raise a new ticket in the app if my issue was still unresolved.

    I’ve responded within my closed ticket asking them to reopen it as it’s still not resolved and they’ve reopened it within the hour so at least they are reading them. 

    Has anyone else done two UA mail surveys back to back (no break inbetween and with one week overlapping) and only been credited for one?

    I did 2 back to back - first one has been credited but now the whole UA Survey section has vanished and no credit for the second one.  Have raised it as a ticket but confused to say the least.

    Been on the panel since October. The rest period began a few days ago and I just got my final presentation stamps through today.

    Managed £100 of vouchers over the 9 months on the panel. Along with all the stamps.

    I think my Spectos days are numbered - second test package in a week (this time a jiffy with a couple of books) received open and with the transponder envelope missing.  I feel I should tell them, but am concerned it will hasten my demise.

    I also have no items to post this week, except for a carryover from last week and have only received one item all week.  If they are going to be resting us, and I am overdue, I wish they would let us know.

    Whereas I have been told that I’m resting, have had nothing to post in several weeks but still receiving stuff as regularly as ever! Don’t really mind as it builds up the points though…
