    Still no posting packs, none for this week and - up to now - none for next week.  Received one letter last week and one this week, it feels like I have been rested but haven't received an email as yet.  Although I suppose it could just be slow because its the summer holidays...

    I got the resting email yesterday & I received the stamps & presentation pack today. 
    Still things coming in & things to go out as others have said!

    I had letters coming in for 3 weeks following my resting notification. I had 2 sets of postings during that time but haven’t had anything through for the last 2 weeks. I would suspect that this timescale would be pretty standard.

    Exactly what’s happened with me.

    I have no idea whether that means I’m being rested or not as I’ve not received an email to say I’m being rested or a presentation pack!

    I agree, have had pretty much the same experience after receiving the resting email.

    Tried that. I got an auto reply as a response which didn’t provide any answer and told to raise a new ticket in the app if my issue was still unresolved.
    I just got what they admitted was a generic response saying they were overwhelmed and that missing points from May UA were credited on 7th July.  No they weren't!  I'm not raising the same ticket again - I've emailed asking them to re-open. 
    Still awaiting my 300 points for the same period. I have opened up another ticket but if all else fails I will telephone them.
    Do you have a telephone number? Thanks.

      GREAT NEWS! I phoned them and they added the missing 300 points straight away. I will not publish the telephone number on this forum but the number appears in the privacy notice.  Remember option 5 to press when connected.

    Sorry to hear that. When I phoned it was about 9.15am and got through straight away. 
  • I'm only just about to go live with my first bundle due to be posted on Mon 24th. I've just checked my local postbox and the collection time is 9am. I won't be able to post before 9am so will post the bundle on Sunday to be collected in the 9am Monday collection. Should I record in the app that I've posted it on Sunday or just wait amd record it Monday morning as if I've posted it then?

    Just record the actual day/time you posted it - so Sunday in this case

    Still had no stamps or a presentation pack? Email said I was stopped 19th June. No stamps June/July and no presentation stamps..... poor show all round.
