Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

I have been posting bundles of letters for the last month. Today I have received bundles of books to post out. I have not received any letters addressed to me. Am I back on the panel? I have been receiving monthly stamps but no presentation pack.

I am still waiting for my replacement June stamps, given I received an empty sealed envelope.  Have heard from them and they are sending new ones but still not received them.  Spectos seem very inefficient at dealing with queries - and I thought Kantar were bad!

If you have stuff to post then you are back on the panel - chase them up about your presentation pack.

I only started this UA survey last Monday 17 July and everything is updated daily. Following received from Spectos. Also this email was sent on the 20 July. 

This is a friendly reminder to complete the ‘Due Items‘ section for the Unaddressed mail survey. Your Input is important for accurate data collection. We were wondering whether you reported all item receipts yet, since there are still some pending items in your 'Due Items' section.

If you haven't received the item shown in the section, no need to worry, please check if the item will be delivered in the next few days. From Saturday evening please check the 'Overdue Items' for images being moved there from 'Due Items' section. In the 'Overdue Items' section you can record each item as either received, not received or not sure.

If both, the 'Due Items' and ‘Overdue Items’ sections are empty, then feel free to disregard it.

Thank you for your prompt action in completing this survey.

Just turned down a UA invite starting 31st July (I'll be on holiday).   Hope that doesn't scupper me for future invites.

You should be ok. I turned  down an UA in June because of holidays but have received an invite to start 31 July. 5 weeks is a long commitment during the Summer holiday season.

If you feel like this book would make somebody happy, you can give it to this person.
If you want to support a local charity, you can donate it
Or, you can simply return it to us by putting it in a bag and writing on it “Freepost SPECTOS” and posting it to us.

good timing. i got 3 books last week.  i had read something on this thread weeks ago but couldnt find it and now this pops up.

Just had my presentation pack of stamps. Is it better just to use these as normal stamps or do you find you can get more money back for them selling on ebay?

Did unaddressed mail 19 June to 23 July. Very pleased to see the 300 points appear in my account today 😊

I'm due to start another UA survey on 31 July however there is no UA Mail survey section showing on the app - I did query this with Spectos when it vanished but (no surprise) have not had a response to my ticket.  Should I try emailing them or just wait and see if it re-appears in time for Monday?
