Joining back in after far too long away. Feel horrible from too much junk food and booze.
OH has just joined my gym and I'm hoping we will motivate each other. Want to get back to running 5k as I was doing up until June, then had a mental health blip and everything went out window.
No idea of current weight except I suspect it's my heaviest. Will weigh in tomorrow.
CC, no booze during the week and exercise will be the order of the day.
Aiming for 12lb by the end of the year.3 -
STS for me please Brambling, hope your family continue to do well and are still improving.
van-girl - Still crappy but I appreciate you asking.
Brie - hope you had a lovely holiday.
Hope everyone is ok.
I am still battling IBS, have tried everything, no booze, no bread, no beans and anything that usually triggers me, I suspect it might link to the accident I had in early July as I've been told by another health professional that they think I have fibromyalgia and another different form of athritis. So, change of GP is happening.

Evening all. I didn't weigh for a couple of weeks cos I just wanted to see the month out but have since lost another 10.4lbs. Moving in the right direction but feel like crap now, cold/flu coming on 😔
Let's see what the next few weeks bring. Good luck all 🙂Common sense is not common

Well done Brie 👏 I find the best thing for unexplained losses is to get off the scales quick before it changes it's mine 🙂Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin2

I look into this thread from time to time to see how you are all doing. It's good that Brambling hasn't had to use those purple creatures more than twice so far. November should be a good month - staying in control while preparing for all those parties next month.
From my side, the good news is that, though I have no target to lose as I was content with my end of Q3 result, I have lost a little more. It fluctuates but the difference is less than half a kilo either side and BMI today is 20.7.
