Well, I got into the dress for Halloween, which is a definite positive. It's just a shame I've done nothing but eat since then. Oops 🤣

I have been meaning to write a proper post for days but work is evil at the moment so I haven't had time.

Almost halfway through the quarter and I've lost another 2lbs so 4lbs in total. Must try harder between now and the end of December.

2lb gain 🤦‍♀️ lots of alcohol, sugar and wheat consumed so no surprise 😔 I really intended to get on it properly this week but chaos has reigned supreme 😳 it should all quieten down by the weekend so fingers crossed I can stop being an idiot by then! 🤞😂

1lb loss for me this week which I'm ashamed to say is the fist of the quarter 

My nephew's baby is back on a ventilator having been taken in last night and moved today to Oxford hospital PICU from their local hospital which is a couple of hours away.  They are not sure if it is the same virus or scar tissue from her last time on the ventilator, this is the second time in less than 5 weeks its frightening how quick they crash as she was at a family dinner Saturday stuffing her face with veggies
