2lb Off please Brambling.
Last weigh-in for me, no scales in the Canaries! Husband has been instructed not to make me any toast in the mornings, but I will enjoy a few meals out, I just wish bars sold zero mixers other than Coke or tonic which I do not like.
Hope everyone enjoys the holidays, or at least gets some time off work / with family.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

STS still but I've made no effort really so I'm not surprised!
Think it's time to accept that I've definitely not had the right attitude or motivation for this challenge this year - there are a number of reasons for that but ultimately they are just excuses; if I'd really wanted this, I wouldn't have let events derail me...however, my lack of achievement has made me really look at my motivation, attitude etc so it's been a good learning curve which will aid me next year and help me stay accountable and on track.
I won't be weighing again for this year's challenge- but I'll be back for the 2023 challenge!!
Thank you so much for running this thread @brambling - I may not have achieved anything this year but it's been an important part of understanding how I feel about my weight and the support in here is wonderful!DNF: £708.92/£1000

I'm bailing for the rest of the year too Brambling. I've not achieved anything much (well, not regarding my weight) so will need to see what I want to do in the new year. I'm not a NY's resolution sort as that always seems doomed for failure but will be happy to think about revamping my lifestyle in general - particularly as the OH needs real help too.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
