    -11/2 lbs please Brambling
    thats better !
  • 2lb gain for me - I've just been enjoying things a bit too much of late haha. Should be a nice sensible one this week, then the end of next week is another party, so need to be careful there. Too many events coming up, and I have so little willpower  :#

    • Half a LB off please Brambling.  Sorry to hear the little on is ill again, I hope they are on the mend very soon.

I am lucky to have had a small loss as I had the plonk, I missed from a few weeks ago and fell onto chocolate and a number of biscuits.

3 Weeks to holiday.   I am at a half stone marker on the scales, my aim is to come back weighing the same as today so any loss from now until travel day will be my, ice cream and gin fund.

Van_Girl, hope you enjoyed every second of it.

Sirens, nice to see you back.

Izadora, good news about the dress.

      Suffolksue, great loss.

      Have a good week everyone.

As you say better than a gain Mary 🙂

1lb off for me this week which won't help my panic on what to wear to a wedding in 3 weeks, I've had a years notice to lose weight  :( the dress I thought I could wear shows to much belly   :# there may have been a good reason my mother wore a 'foundation garment' when I was growing up 🫣 the first of my panic buys will only do if nothing else turns up but isn't really me so will probably be sent back I've a couple of other dresses on order, I did some panicking early in the week

Thanks Jenny, I very much did. The after effects not so much  :D Congrats on the loss - and an ice cream and gin calorie fund is absolute genius!

2.5 loss for me please. I have a party this weekend, staff Christmas party next week and my birthday the weekend after, so I'm just going to attempt to maintain now I think! Might get a couple of good weeks in before Christmas

Well done Sirens, Sue & Brambling. And Mary, STS is still a win in my books!

Hope everyone is doing well despite the awful weather  <3

Van_Girl, great loss, enjoy the Christmas party, if it's not all expense paid is a 'bottle in the handbag' still a thing? Wishing you a early happy birthday.

2LB loss for me please Brambling.

I'm still trying to stay off the carbs, have been eating chicken with very low calorie veg, so onion, peppers, mushrooms all roasted with a spice mix, it appears to be filling me up and leftovers are mixed in a salad for the next day.

        Have a good week everyone.
