Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 4th Quarter 2022

Evening ladies I'm afraid the quarter got away with me this time, although my best weight loss was 4lb before Christmas thanks to one of the non-cv lurgies which are going around at the moment 😐

Hi Just checked that I did manage to catch one little haloe for this quarter- and then it all stopped. Sport, swimming, running, pretty much all stopped by mid November, and a fair amount of carbs was coming down. So I have not had a meeting with scales since then. This week I have started eating more healthily, running a bit, started a 30 day yoga programme and am on day 4, so will be ready for a weigh in some time next week.
Congrats to everybody who stuck with it, and happy new year to everybody :-)

I think it's fair to say I lost the plot a bit this quarter but, thanks to a horrible lurgy a couple of weeks ago which completely wiped out my appetite, I've only put on a couple of pounds since my last weigh in and am still over a stone down for the year.
Brambling Thank you so much, as ever, for keeping track of us all and I will definitely try harder next quarter.
