    Good morning all,

Jenny I hope you're feeling better and meds are being kinder to you

Brie Well done for the loss and I hope you're enjoying your holiday

candii Wow, that's an impressive loss! Well done on the new, smaller jeans too

SSue I hope you had a good week away

Brambling I hope things get easier for you soon and thank you for keeping this going even when you're struggling

Van Girl Well done for the loss and best of luck for the month up to your birthday party

I'm weighing in today with a 5lb loss. I know that most of that is water weight/not being stuffed full of food from the night before but I'll take it, especially seeing as it puts me in the next stone bracket. I was laughing with a friend over the weekend about the fact that knowing that losing weight is way better for me, both physically and mentally, wasn't enough to make me buckle down but a fancy dress costume being too tight has done the trick. Now I just need to try to keep it going past Halloween!!

    Best of luck everyone xx
  • I've managed to lose 2lbs in October so far. I'm on holiday from today until the 31st October so I hope I can keep them off while I am away.

    Well done to all losers.

Well done every one some nice losses to start the week :)  Izadora obviously every week you will need to find a new item of clothing to fit into

I've no idea how I'm getting on this week I'll face the scales on Wednesday which is my usual weigh in day, it's been a stressful week with a family baby being moved 60 miles away and put into ICU on a ventilator for 4 days. She's still in hospital but on the ward so things have calmed back down for now and she should hopefully be moved back to the local hospital soon.  I stress eat and after try to calm down my sister who is the baby's grandma I've eaten

Have a good week every one

Brambling I'm glad the baby's improving, it must've been a horrendous time for all involved.

Also, as much as I'd like to claim it, the 1lb for the first week isn't mine 😄

Finding new things to fit into is probably a very good plan. I'll have to dig out an old dress and see if it's doable to get into it for NYE. Hopefully that will stop me going completely off plan as soon as Halloween is out of the way 🤣

SSue & Mary Enjoy your holidays
    • 1lb gain 🤦‍♀️ really struggling at the moment and away next week so not hopeful that I will really be able to get on the wagon until November but determined to make a real effort once I do!

Oops I've corrected you Izadora and I apologise for whoever i stole it from to give to you, please shout out if I've missed a pound from you

Leftat - I feel your pain I think I'm lucky to have gottten away with a STS for my first weigh, not great for 3 weeks but i'll take it - just enjoy your time away and I'll supply the steps for you to climb back on the wagon
