Outside - Had to get up early to walk the dog as had to work from the office. Felt like I’d done a days work before even getting there.
Inside - Started getting things ready for our weekend away. Did a food shop & bought fuel.
Fun - Nice to be in the office and chat to my colleagues.
Food / alcohol - Not as good today. No alcohol that’s 2 weeks now 😊. Doubt it will continue over the weekend and we have bought treats to take.
Read - Had a flick through the supermarket magazines. Will probably treat myself to a couple of glossy magazines with my fun money over the weekend.
Plan for December - Bought some mince pies to test ready for December. Aldee finest (apparently same as m&s) they passed the test. Gave one of my gift ideas for ds away to my friend. She seems a bit down so wanted to make it easy for her. Her children are older and always have money of gift cards in their cards but she likes to buy ds actual gifts.
NSD - not one today as did a good & fuel shop and transferred money to a new bank account.
MSE - Very MSE today trying to get a bank bribe. Also shopped in 2 supermarkets to keep in budget.
Gratitude - This forum lots of helpful advice.

Beautiful kitty @beanielou - my dog is my life. Don't know how I coped before him! He's amazing for my mental health!
Thanks for the advice @f0xh0les - balance has been ok so far but I've got a body balance class tonight at 5.00 so I'm are I'll find out the full extent then!
@grandmanerd so sorry to hear you're still poorly. Get well soon!
@Thrifty_Taylor happy holidays!
Yesterday was a good day;
Outside Walked my beautiful prince through the fields on a 40 min walk. Didn't happen at 10am as planned but I did manage it at 4pm.
Inside Yellow sticky things to catch the fungus gnats creating havoc around my beloved cheese plant arrived so I spent a good 40 mins strategically placing them all over the office.
Fun Nope. I was planning to go to a sound bath but the venue moved last minute to somewhere over 30 mins drive away and I just couldn't justify the petrol costs.
Food/Drink Still AF and so pleased to report a chocolate free day!!!! 1st of many as I try to kick this pesky sugar habit!
Read Still enjoying "Solve for happy"
Plan 4 Dec still can't think about this yet...top of my to do list though is to nab £400 from N'wide for mine and hubby bank accounts.
Gratitudes DD2 confidence being raised by finding out she did amazing in one of her maths exams, a chocolate free day, journalling.
Yoga/Meditation No yoga or meditation this morning. I couldn't get up again. Turned alarm off for 5.30 and finally got up at 6.45. So unlike me.
Spending Still on NSD 1/10. DD1 needed notebooks for college. Not sure OH needed to spend £9 on 3 though. Ouch.
TGIF!

Himself spent all of yesterday in bed ill and it looks like he's going to be doing the same today. I'm not sure if the Boy has to work today but I'll get started on tidying the flat and sorting out our packing for tomorrow.
It's been a very quick four weeks.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.6 -
Hugs and good wishes to Grandmanerd, Toni's Friend's OH and hope you all have a lovely Friday.
Money saving proving tricky here along with everything else! My father had a stroke so it's been a gruelling long stint in A&E on Wednesday and then hospital visiting yesterday. Heading back home now for a few hours. Our removal firm turns up first thing on Monday morning so it feels like the clock is ticking down now.
Outside: Went for a couple of walks to get fresh air/reduce my stress levels yesterday. Got to over 9000 steps with trips outside and accompanying him to Xray etc.
Inside: Nothing done at my home as away but helped organise/streamline things where I was.
Fun: A good chat and laugh (perhaps a little hysterical at times) with my little sis over dinner last night. Also a laugh with some of the hospital staff. Trying to keep positive.
Food/Drink: Ate 3 meals yesterday, which was a significant improvement on the day before in A&E
Read: Nope, not for the last two days.
P4D: Feels like impossibly far ahead at the moment. Focus is one day at a time here at the moment.
Gratitudes: My sis and I being a good team, some of the NHS staff, especially the person in charge of the X-Ray department. A kind chap who helped us jump start the car this morning. The sunshine today. The kind person at the car garage who offered us coffee when we dropped the car off for it's MOT. I guess we looked like we needed it but small, kind gestures like that are making a massive difference right now.

Never underestimate the kindness of strangers, and don't forget 95% of people are lovely, the other 5% are just louder.Sorry you are going through all this right now @Wanna_Bee_Free, moving house is supposed to be stressful enough, but with hospital visits thrown in, you must be exhausted. Take good care of you please.I am ignoring the TV weather witches and my washing is on the line, another is in the machine, and will be outside in ten minutes.. Squally winds and heavy showers due this afternoon, but someone is home so they can keep an eye out and bring it in if necessary. Tomorrow is supposed to be a better day so will strip the beds in the morning.Spent £2 in £land. My metallic green nail varnish came to an end, so bought another one, and bought some L0tus biscuits (individually wrapped) for when I am working away. Then found FastSlim chilli-pots at 2 for £1 in F/F so bought two and will use them in the hotel/ venue, because it is much cheaper than nipping into whatever food outlet is available wherever I am working. Still have a pot porridge left over from the last job, so I will be £'s in on my expenses at the end of the month.Went into 8 charity shops this morning on my little circuit, one of them was selling 10 books for £1. People must be having a clear out!! Ended up only spending £1. You can't win every week! Total spends sub £5.Will hit the next town over at the weekend.4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!

TFIF! This week has been a blur with work but I'm glad I've stuck to my healthy eating, exercise and spending goals. Makes a change!
I had some planned spends today, needed a couple of bits for my rabbits and some filter sponges for the aquarium. Had an unplanned spend of an oat latte from an independent coffee shop at work. I was seriously flagging at about 4pm, I could've bought the milk and the coffee and made it myself but I rode my bike and wouldn't have had room in my bag to bring the milk home so it likely would've been wasted as not in the office again until Wednesday. Either that or it would've been nicked! Have spent about £15. I will plan better next week on how to get round the coffee conundrum when travelling by bike. Perhaps I could find a small travel-size plastic bottle to pop some milk in.
My legs feel like lead today after boxing class but am glad I took my bike in and got the exercise.
Got my first shift at my new part-time job tomorrow. Will be interesting to see what it's about and how it goes.6 -
