I'm on a phone and I can copy & paste.  You just press down & select and expand across the words you want to copy.
That did not answered the proposed question?
I am trying to state that typing and doing copy paste on the phone is harder than if I was on the laptop.
    Can anyone please offer advise?

    Thanks

    Hi unamorena1,

I've received exactly the same letter as you.
It would seem I actually inputted the wrong tariff (shy of 50p) as I have bank statement evidence.
My wife didn't update the V5C details when we moved (it was something she was unaware of, and I am a very new driver) - we have since updated.

I'm about to send an email DRP and ECP to tell them to erase the old address from their databases. How did you word your email and have you had a response from any of the parties?

Hu, sorry, new to this moneysavungexoert forum. I kept receiving threatening letters about getting me to court and suddendly last week I received a letter before claim telling me that my case will likly go to court. How did yours go? It is very annoying this and even worrying. I always pay the ticket, even stay less than what I pay and the 1 time I stay over 20 minutes, not even a pound worth of money, this happens 🤷🏿‍♀️. The gov should do something to stop these scammers

The advice is very simple. Ignore CST. Come back if you receive a county court claim form from the Northampton CCBC - unlikely, but we never say never, the parking firm have 6 years to file a claim.  If you move house in the next 6 years you must write to ECP to give them your most current address.

    Landowner complaint done yet?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Hi Umkomaas:

Sorry to be a pain but I keep reading different pieces of advice on different threads. Some of them say just ask for a SAR which I did to europarks months ago and then just ignore debt collector letters. Some others say sent an email with the template I sceenshotted below.  This letter before claim is from CST.

Can someone clarify whether I have to reply to it or just ignore it untilnI receive a formal court action from the county court?

    Thanks

Ignore it - because CST and ECP don't sue.

The gov should do something to stop these scammers.
Agreed - they are and I'm involved. Did you miss the fact we are nearly there? Government regulation and a fair regime is coming in 2024.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But you will come back and take part in the final Government Public Consultation to push the statutory Code of Practice over the line, we hope?

You rightly want the Govt to step in, well they are about to ask what you (and we) think!

Don't miss it... come back here when it is anticipated (end of July/August).  You have ONE chance to help change the law.
