I get it! Different priorities.
When I was pregnant with sprog 2 many years ago, because my very nasty line manager (at a large Bank) threatened me not to, I didn't pursue a case against the in-house mortgage valuer who had missed subsidence at our flat.
We lost tens of thousands as a result, selling it at a loss in the nineties when nobody lost money on property! But when you are pregnant and/or bringing up young children you can't take stress.
That very nasty manager died suddenly (youngish) years later and he's one of only 2 people where I laughed out loud when learning of their demise. What goes around comes around.
£100 isn't too shabby and you would NEVER have negotiated it that low at the pre-court stage. That is not bad.
You could send a final email complaint to the Hotel, showing them proof of your £100 loss and telling them to flipping well remove the scam parking firm completely and wise up that this is losing them repeat custom. You'll never return and didn't need this pointless harassment of being dragged to court whilst pregnant and you will now put a bad review on TripAdvisor because of this farce, caused by the Hotel.
I reckon they'll offer you £100 off a future stay with your young family.
P.S. Best wishes for the birth & baby!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
