Parking eye issued me 2 parking charges, on arrival and exit. Do I have to mention this in any way in my defence?
Questions, it does state not to send the defence via the money claim and to rather send the defence via email to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. I will do as told but what is the difference? Is it better to send it via email? just out of curiosity 
Also, once the defence is submitted, it states that I will have more to do. However, would I have o wait for them to contact me? Or do I need to do something in the meantime?

No need to print it. Just type your name as your signature for the Statement of Truth.

A typed name is all that is required to electronically sign a document for the court.

All sent now. I have also receive the acknowledgement that they will reply in 10 days. Anything more to do at this stage? or just waiting for more threatening letters? 
Also, just wanted to say big thank you to you all! I think if people like you did not exist the world would scam even more people!!

Just received the email from DCB claiming that they still intend to go to court after reading the defemce and they have sent me an N180. Do I have to do anything with this document?

So fill it in as explained in the newbies sticky thread plus those 12 steps in the defence template thread, scan it and email it to the DQ email address in the defence template thread, plus email a copy to the lawyer's involved ( or claimant if no lawyers involved. )

There is also a Dropbox link to the same document as a pdf that you could download and fill in, instead of scanning the paperwork, Ldast provided it I think

I have just had the time to finally fill in the form
I am struggling to find the DCB generic email. I do note that Coupon mad has stated in point 0 of the defence template but I cannot find it
Would anyone ever be so kindly to provide it? I have also searched google for it
I have had an email sent by one of the workers at the firm after I submitted my defence. If I do not find the general email, could I use this instead?
