I'm loving the failed his first test with two silly mistakes. Two serious (aka potentially dangerous faults) and he played them down.

Sometimes the more expensive ones last longer. If I wanted I could keep this car for the next 15 years, rather than paying for some cheap old banger which will have to be replaced every couple of years therefore costing more in the long run.

You’ll do well to keep a 2007 car which is already 15 years old on the road for another 15.

Gumtree definitely works and people buy cars. You'll need to list it for £2000 at most to get any serious offers, though.

Yeah I might well have to.

Just took it out for my nightly drive and actually managed to find a parking space outside my block of flats! Still wish I never bought it though.
