The signage they refer to for entering the car park and the pick up drop off point 20 minutes limit aren’t there anymore so evidence is going to be hard.. but wondering why the time limit sign has gone all together and the entrance one has been moved0

Show us their images of signs. Are they dated?

The one entering the car park isn’t there anymore, there is one in a different place. and they haven’t shown any of the car park signs in and around the car park. Just a plan and they have hand written where they are on the shopping park map. The only one they have is this one of the drop off\pick up time restriction sign which is way up high, looking at the photos it’s at least a foot above peoples heads, the strange thing is, it wasn’t there in 2016, it was there in 2019 and it’s not there now. Thanks I think I’ve done it2

Does anyone know how much more you could end up paying if it goes to court and he loses0
-
Yep, less than a court claim.
Under £200. Obviously including the PCN!
Look at the thread by @laurenjo12 today. She was too scared to attend court (we told her she'd lose by not attending, which goes against our advice).
She lost. She's paying £185.
Losses are almost unheard of here. No risk.
Why on earth do so many people think a small claim adds massive legal costs, etc? It simply doesn't. That's not how the civil system works.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
