It does say 20 minutes max parking period. Not 'max stay'. That's a good thing for you.

So to the 20 mins 'parking allowed' you can add ten minutes grace period to leave, as per IPC CoP.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As an aside - PW are now part of the UKCPM/Premier Park Ltd 'stable' with the triumvirate of Dawson/Henson/Parker omnipresent across all three.

  • Hi,
we have just received a directions questionnaire from the courts today with a covering letter saying notice of proposed allocation small claims track.
But still no photograph evidence from anyone.
Do we go ahead and fill it in?
    Thanks in advance

Yes, you must. The NEWBIES FAQ, second post, and Template Defence, first post, Announcements provide you with guidance on this part of the court claim defence process.

You're unlikely to get any photographic evidence sent to you now until the Witness Statement stage when the Claimant will submit anything on which they wish to rely. But, have you checked the PPC's website, going as if to pay your charge (obv don't!), as that should hold the photos they have of the parking event.

I've not chased back through the whole thread, but have you sent the PPC a SAR?  That should elicit photos which show you car's registration plate.  They have 30 days in which to reply.

Give them 7 days to respond otherwise you will report their failure to the ICO. Carry out your threat if they don't do it.
