Yes, they do you get 30 days and if it drops more than once you can claim again

I have to admit I am a bit annoyed with Amazon this year.

I know I am late ordering, but unfortunately due to pay dates and other financial comitments, thats just the way it has been this year. Trouble is Amazon are quoting delivery times that they really dont seem to be able to keep.

I have one item that estimated delivery for the 20th Dec, while checking today it has only dispatched tonight. My other items while are due for delivery tomorrow are still listed as 'waiting for dispatch' as it has been for 2 days. If they are over worked, why dont they admit it on the website. I am going away on Sunday, so I am going to miss the final two presents for my girlfriend.


It is my fault for leaving it late, but had Amazon been honest at least I would have known. They took my money instantly, but have sat on my orders,

I must admit to being a bit confused about my deliveries now.

I've got one order that was dispatched on the 18th saying estimated delivery 24th, yet the one's dispatched today say delivery date of 22nd.

Are any of the items cds/dvds. I've noticed a lot of these go through indigostarfish who I think are some part of Amazon over in Jersey. Anyway, I've found these items get dispatched around the day after you order and arrive pretty quickly.
Could explain the discepency.

The toy order seems to be going through quickly. The slow order is all my in-laws pressies (oops) that are cd's, books and DVD's.

we placed a book order Sunday evening with free super saver delivery and it arrived today, I was quite impressed with that service at this time of year, the only prob was i was out and the delivery man put the parcel in the wheelie bin of all places !!
