WARNING Amazon Christmas delivery problem

I assume there will be (Royal Mail) postal deliveries on the 24th (Monday)? And the sorting offices will be open on Monday too for collection of missed parcels? (Although maybe only a half day?) Anyone know? Thanks."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

I'm still waiting. Rather annoyed about it now. It would be less inconvenient if I wasn't off work sick and not able to go out to get the item from Argos or the like.
Glad to hear others are getting a bit more luck and parcels are turning up.
Shall we place bets on seeing Amazon featured on Watchdog in the new year?0 -
Well I've just had my parcel from the courier van, they have been really good coming exactly on time.
All my other 5 parcels outstanding all say "Royal Mail":mad:0 -

I am waiting on 5 parcels too (2 orders) although one of them is still "dispatching soon" and has been for 2 days (no chance of getting that before Xmas then). Of the other 4 the first one was sent on 16th Dec and still not arrived.
2 of them say: package via ROYAL_HIGH (Royal Mail??)
(both of the above are 'Sold by: Amazon's Jersey Merchant, Indigostarfish.com')
1 says package via a Super Saver Delivery carrier
1 says package via Royal Mail
Ironically one of the items I bought is an album titled 'Forever delayed' - how appropriate!

Just phoned City Link.
For anyone else needing to do the same the non 0870 number for customer services is 01276 606 200 they'll take your postcode and give you a number for your local branch.
I've been told my parcel has been "mis-sorted" and will now be with me on Monday. *bangs head on wall*0 -

monday is a normal day really.
deliveries are on and offices are open for delivery.(some maybe open sunday to)
some maybe open later however you will need ot check with your local office.
problem is the chance of getting the phone answered tomorrow/monday is near non existant
xmas eve will be the usual people down whining that they must have X package as its an xmas present
usually after they went out when they knew it was coming special delivery

My parcel via HDNL is still at Amazon awaiting collection some 4 days after being "despatched" according to their tracker. I've been fobbed off 3 times by Customer Services so far. there is no way of contacing HDN direct to chase it. Unless someone knows how to contact HDNL?0

I can't see on their website anywhere - https://www.hdnl.co.uk/hdnl/ContactUs.aspx
It does say "All other enquiries should be handled through the company the goods were ordered from who has the ability to liase with the local depot. "
That isn't exactly helpful though is it?0 -
www.saynoto0870.com
click search for alternative number
enter HDNL into the company name box and click search0
