Day 40 for me, and my £6 just arrived with no prodding. @MACKEM99 perhaps your call has provoked them!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards. I feel utterly mugged off by Asda having lost cashback coupons. My own fault but it would have been nice to have a reminder given that they remind me of things I don't want frequently, such as their credit card.
Went into my local early this morning on my way home to spend what is still active and even the YS were expensive - previously bargains could be had for rock bottom prices, not the case any more.No man is worth crawling on this earth.

I do get reminders from the Asda Rewards app (Android) about Cashpot expiry? I do - but this was not cashpot expiry. It was the actual converted vouchers that expiredsausage_time said:I do get reminders from the Asda Rewards app (Android) about Cashpot expiry? Do you have notifications enabled?

Here's an odd one. Some of my Rewards were about to expire so I created a £10 voucher last week. When I checked out last night I saw the £10 voucher applied to my ~£50 shop. But today one of the items I ordered was not available - a ~£7 bottle of wine. If I look at the final receipt it shows:Asda Rewards Voucher -£8.91
I called the help desk and the nice chap there added £1.09 back to my cashpot and explained that the whole amount was not deducted because some items were not available!
That does not seem right to me. The whole £10 should be deducted. It is not good use of time to have to do this manual process each time because there is almost always one or more items not available.
Anyone else encountered this? Seems like a bug in their new post-WalMart back office system.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Credit Cards, Savings & investments, and Budgeting & Bank Accounts boards.
