ASDA selling easter eggs £2.32 each or 4 for £11.96.  😂

The price display for 4 is next to the £2.32 each ones on the shelf.  Is it just me or are their price displays getting worse?
Maybe the penny has dropped with Asda - with the price of chocolate going through the roof, who actually needs to buy 4 Easter eggs?
At the front of the store is a massive display of the 4 for £11.96.

Yesterday the £2.32 was on selected eggs with the 4 for still on the rest.  This morning on line is showing the whole range at £2.32.  From my experience in retail HO come up with bright ideas having little care of how the staff in store will find the time to implement the changes.

The main consideration is the bottom line. Better to shift the product at the appearance of a bargain than having to sell it off for a very marginal profit after the event. (I do not believe that they sell at a loss - they write the item off before selling for pennies).

I've just had an email through to tell me that the Asda BLC offer ends in a fortnight. That's me done with Asda once and for all.

We are getting in touch as you are a verified Blue Light Card member with Asda Rewards and we wanted to let you know that our Blue Light Card partnership is coming to an end on 27 May 2025.

We launched our partnership with Blue Light Card during the pandemic to provide additional support for emergency workers. Our focus now is on providing all our customers with outstanding value every time they visit our stores or shop with us online.

As an Asda Rewards Member you can continue to access other benefits within the Asda Rewards app. We look forward to seeing you in store soon.

The other benefits are getting a bit thin on he ground now.

    Thin or non-existant?

Just got £6 on scan to win. That negates the random way it's working at the moment somewhat.

    Cheers

Oh, lucky you, mine seems stuck on 60p, which is better than zero, so I'll take keep going in the knowledge there are other wins available
