No, it is a cash coupon against a general spend so nothing sneaky just a bit more awkward to spend.

I got a 60p coupon too. I wonder if it's because cashpot normally works in increments of 25p whereas this current scan to win is all based on numbers relating to the 60th anniversary?

My cash pot increases by random amounts due to Blue Light and Asda credit card so the 25p thing doesn't 100% hold true.  I suppose you can spend this 60p stand alone rather than waiting to reach a whole £ in the cash pot though. Unless they do a major relaunch I can't see rewards lasting much longer.

I think deliberate obsolescence is the aim, but its not going to work without a decent replacement incentive.

My shopping at Asda increased with the YS goodies, BLC discount, then Asda Rewards. All three have been made redundant.

I won another 60p on scan to win today but this time it was added to cashpot instead of being a coupon

Still hit and miss for me. I might be wrong but it seems to be the shops I spend very close to the £5 minimum that don't register.

Noticed today they now appear on your cashpot history so you can at least keep track.
