Would’ve been great had my dog not passed away a week ago. Timing  is as rubbish as ever.
I’ve been sitting there with 82p in my cashpot for weeks now with no way of making it up to anything I can spend.

I've got 28p in mine, can we get anything for a  quid to divi up?  :D

£3 in your cashpot if you book a delivery or click and collect slot for 20 - 23 Dec.  Slot must be booked by 30 Nov.  Full T&Cs in app.
  • Hi

Not strictly Asda rewards but anyone with RBS or NatWest they currently have an Asda reward for 10% on a debit card spend. There's actually been two but the first has now expired.

    Cheers

I don't see this on my RBS card, but I do see 10% on Barclaycard Rewards.  Time to stock up for Christmas!

Not on my Nat West Account? And cora says I will have to wait 3 hours for an answer to why not.  What a useless service.

Here's an odd one.  Some of my Rewards were about to expire so I created a £10 voucher last week.  When I checked out last night I saw the £10 voucher applied to my ~£50 shop.  But today one of the items I ordered was not available - a ~£7 bottle of wine.   If I look at the final receipt it shows:
    Asda Rewards Voucher            -£8.91

I called the help desk and the nice chap there added £1.09 back to my cashpot and explained that the whole amount was not deducted because some items were not available!

That does not seem right to me.  The whole £10 should be deducted.  It is not good use of time to have to do this manual process each time because there is almost always one or more items not available.

Anyone else encountered this?  Seems like a bug in their new post-WalMart back office system.
Errors always seem to go in their favour.  Strange that. :

I've had nothing on my app, no points at all awarded since the Blue light discount was removed, no 'targets' to meet and no games. I see very little point personally  in continuing with the Asda app - but am pleased if others are still receiving offers. I used Asda as it was conveniently placed on my walk back from town, the points used to add up quite quickly and I liked the fact that I could use my Christmas cashpoint to put money away for extras at Christmas.

I'm lucky in that i can easily walk to several different supermarkets, so I tend to go to Lidl now as I have downloaded the Lidl Plus app and get quite a lot of offers on there. I'm not supermarket loyal, I tend to visit several for different things - my GF bread I like comes from Sainsbury's , the soya milk from Tesco - but I often shop every other day for fresh produce hence a local supermarket that I can walk to for exercise.

Same here.  Since they removed the Blue Light discount there has been absolutely nothing.  No offers, no coupons zilch.  Unlike you I do still shop at Asda but I have now decided not to bother scanning my card as all they are clearly doing is harvesting data.  I guess they think we've had enough
