Another example of UKPC/DCB Legal pattern in my own case Re: keypad recording issue at Macclesfield Superbowl in 2019.
- Court claim issued
- Defence completed
- Hearing date given
- Witness Statement deadline dictated by the court - Claimant deadline to pay fee 11th April 2023.
- Phone call from DCB Legal to defendant seeking a 'Without Prejudice discussion - Offer to Settle'
- Refusal by defendant.
- Witness Statement (Defendant) written and due to be submitted.
- Discontinuation letter received from DCB Legal representative.
A shocking number of examples of the bullying behaviours from both firms who should not be allowed to abuse people or the court system this way!5 -

There is no doubt that this legal firm must be investigated by the MoJ and the SRA as they are serial timewasters who wastes the Court's time which costs money let alone tax payers money
It is up to the SRA to decide what activities a firm can undertake and DCBL should be banned from the parking industry6 -
