Thank you to all contributing in these breads, took the stress away knowing this was coming!
Incident was December 2016 so they left it to the wire to serve notice. This case was where the permit mysteriously moved from its position in a locked basement car park - no chance of the mythical gust of wind to make it flutter out of place, more likely the parking attendant used a key jammer to block the fob signal then opened the door & gave it a nudge - if you look at Indeed employee reviews for UKPC I’d say it’s a distinct possibility!6 -
